These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LANS mobile application and services provided by LANS, Inc. ("LANS", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using LANS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services Description
LANS provides a platform that connects users with coworking spaces for day pass bookings. We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate the physical spaces. Each space may have additional rules and policies that you must follow.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Bookings and Payments
When you book a space through LANS:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Cancellation policies vary by space
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
- Prices may change without notice
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any space's rules or policies
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Intellectual Property
All content on LANS, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LANS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LANS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LANS shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
